Last year, in March, the SWAY Collective was launched. It sprung from a tiny idea and a big dream: to create a space and a community for financial geeks to cultivate an intentional and impactful personal brand, powered by thought-leadership. Frankly speaking, when I sent out the first email invitation, I didn’t think we’d have more than 25 people in the initial crew. To my surprise, we now have nearly 70 change agents, risk-takers, and dent makers as part of SWAY. So today, I’m taking a moment to celebrate. Happy Birthday to the SWAY! It fills me with so much joy to see what everyone is up to, from writing articles to posting blogs, creating videos, and offering webinars…and podcasts. Wahooooooo! Straight from the SWAY Collective come two new podcasts. In ‘Step into the Pivot,‘ hosted by Theresa Conti and Ivana Polonijo’s, the podcast transcends the usual—it’s a sanctuary for raw and intimate conversations. Each episode is a tapestry of personal stories where guests share their trials and transformations. The discussions are profound, exploring the pivots we all face, the obstacles we overcome, and the invaluable lessons we learn on our life’s journey.
